We acquired a publicly listed company in the US that was originally one of the largest educational software publishers and have spent the last 3 years converting all 250 CD-ROM titles into one of the largest libraries of online K-12 educational videos with interactive online testing.

That content is not available on our on-demand subscription based website at www.ZaneEducation.com which is primarily aimed at the North American education and homeschool markets. More localised versions of the site will appear in the months ahead in the UK, Australia, India and possibly Singapore and New Zealand.

What I'm looking for on vbiznz

Contacts within New Zealand that are interested in working with us or our online educational video content.

Also because we currently control 87% of the public company in the US, we have a desire to help New Zealand Tech companies that want to move into the public marketplace, and realise that a public listing in the US offers significantly better opportunities than a public listing here in NZ. Those Tech companies that see the potential that this offers, but that have not got the US$2m and the 2 years that it would take to organise themselves, should have a talk to me.
