Doing what I preach

Hi Friends

Cleaning up the office is surprisingly fun

Well I have shifted my office into my sons old bedroom and thought it would be a major, but it is refreshingly cool, I am in the money making position on the house which is good feng shui, I didnt think about this until we moved rooms, Flyn my son always complained it was too cold in what is now my new office, now he has my old sunny space and funny I love it here its compact and cosy.

Vbiz coffee no show

Hi everyone, It is a beautiful morning this morning the sun is out and the cafe was full of business people, Just NO Vbiz,ers No one turned up except me for the coffee networking morning.

I have found in general that you get a much better result spending money on promotions to existing clients (setting up an incentive or special discount to these people for them referring friends or family) or from partner businesses that service your target market. The other area that is not used very often is to write or provide editorial for magazines or newsletters again in publications that service your target market. If you offer the readers a promotional offer, the magazine most likely will run your story (free advertising and business promotion). If you are still focussed on running radio or hard copy advertising, then my advise is to work very hard on clearly identifying your target customer (you can base this on a profile that you can build up based on your existing clients). Most important...The message needs to be very specific and target that ideal client. Marketing to a wide or general market typically results in marketing to nobody and you will get no response. hope this helps...
