- I am passionate about people and their unique capabilities, both on a personal level and how they function within organisations.
As a Coach, I work closely with young managers and leaders within organisations, to support and challenge them in achieving not only their business goals, but their personal goals as well. Change is a challenging process but my experience with clients shows people tend to thrive on achieving successes.
As an HR practitioner with over 15 years experience, I enjoy working with small to medium sized organisations who are looking to implement HR process to support business growth and get the best out of their people.
This can involve change management, setting up and implementing HR systems and tools, working with business owners to develop organisational values and culture, supporting managers with managing people and dealing with performance issues, running inhouse training workshops, mentoring and coaching.
As a Coach / Consultant, it is all about creating positive change for organisations through their people!

- yay that's great news!! My book is in pretty much all of the book shops (typically in the business or self help sections!), I'm still not sure how it's doing yet as my publishers haven't had the latest update from Random House...not quite a best seller - but I'm aiming for it!! Alternatively if you google it, it's amazing how many places are selling it! There are heaps of reviews/articles about it on my website...sorry for silence, am off sick with the darned swine flu and it's really knocked me...have a lovely week! xx
